The service
KinFleet helps families track the costs, maintenance and deadlines of their vehicles. Reminders and due dates are a convenience; you remain responsible for your vehicles' maintenance, registration and insurance.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. A family's owner manages its members and billing, and can transfer ownership to another member.
Plans and billing
The first active vehicle in a family is free. Each additional active vehicle is billed yearly on one subscription for the family, which renews automatically until cancelled. A vehicle added mid-year is charged right away for the rest of the billing year. Archived vehicles don't count; nothing is refunded mid-year, and the next renewal bills only the vehicles in use. If a payment fails, vehicles beyond the free one become read-only after a 14-day grace period; nothing is deleted, and paying restores everything.
Your data
What your family logs belongs to your family. You can export it at any time.
Changes
We'll email owners before changes to these terms or to prices take effect.
