KinFleet keeps records of your family's vehicles. This page says what we collect, why, and what you control.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, time zone and a securely hashed password.
- What your family logs: vehicles, meter readings, fuel and charging, service, expenses, reminders and checklists.
- Sign-in records: which devices are signed in and when they were last used, so you can sign them out.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We don't use third-party trackers or analytics scripts in the app.
Who helps us run KinFleet
Cloudflare (network and security), Oracle Cloud (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Each processes only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
- Export: download everything your family has logged, any time, from Reports.
- Delete: deleting your account removes your login; deleting a family removes its records after 30 days. Backups age out within 28 days.
- Email: the daily digest and monthly summary are optional, in Settings.
